Refund & Cancellation Policy

Gilead Courier Service is committed to reliable, professional A-to-B delivery. Each booking reserves vehicle capacity and driver time dedicated to your consignment.

1. Non-Refundable Payments

All confirmed bookings are non-refundable once dispatch has been arranged. This reflects route scheduling and administration undertaken at confirmation.

2. Exceptions

• Full refund (100%) – if we are unable to collect or deliver due to a fault directly attributable to us.
• Partial refund (50%) – if a client cancels before collection but after a driver has been dispatched.
• No refund – for delays outside our control (traffic, weather, road closures, security checks, access delays).

3. Customer Cancellations

Cancel in writing to dispatch@gileadcouriers.co.uk quoting your booking reference. Eligibility is reviewed within two working days.

4. Discretionary Credit

In exceptional cases, we may offer a courtesy credit against a future delivery (valid 12 months, non-transferable).

5. Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
