By booking a delivery or using www.gileadcouriers.co.uk, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
We provide same-day and scheduled A-to-B courier services within the UK. Each delivery is priced by distance, urgency, vehicle type and service level.
A booking is confirmed once payment is received via our secure checkout. Confirmed bookings are scheduled immediately.
Bookings are non-refundable once dispatch has been arranged, subject to exceptions in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the delivery fee unless value was declared and any applicable insurance supplement paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Deliveries are covered under our goods-in-transit insurance to the stated limit. Claims must be made within 48 hours to dispatch@gileadcouriers.co.uk.
ETAs are based on live routing data. External conditions may affect timing. Out-of-hours deliveries may attract additional charges.
We comply with UK GDPR. Personal data is used only for delivery, billing and communications.
England & Wales law applies; courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
